As invited instructors at the Malta Frugal Architecture Workshop in 2011, AGENCY partners Ersela Kripa and Stephen Mueller worked in collaboration with international architectural students and professionals, developing proposals for economic, sustainable solutions, to address the continuing housing crisis for migrants and refugees in relocation facilities in Malta.
