AGENCY’s urban design and interactive media proposal for downtown St. Louis has won honorable mention in the St. Louis Follies Competition sponsored by AIA-St. Louis. The design proposes a progressively inhabited infrastructural framework responsive to the dynamic flows of populations and information both locally and abroad.
