AGENCY will host and moderate a panel discussion concerning emerging conditions in disadvantaged and marginalized urban populations around the world. AGENCY will present its recent architectural and infrastructural proposals, and screen Garbage Dreams, a feature-length documentary following the Zaballeen, Cairo’s traditional trash collectors, also known as “garbage people”.
(10% of proceeds from Garbage Dreams’ Tour will go the The Spirit of Youth Association, a non-governmental organization of Zaballeen, that runs The Recycling School profiled in Garbage Dreams.)
